Boarding

Dogs

Our clean and private kennels provide a secure environment for your dog(s) while staying with us. Our sanitary epoxy coated floors and radiant floor heat will enable your dog(s) to relax in comfort. The entire facility has both central heat and air conditioning for the ever changing Buffalo weather. Doggie doors located on the perimeter of the buildings allow for air flow and easy access for your dog(s) to enjoy the outdoors in kennel runs.

A monitored fire and security system are in place to ensure additional security, as well as the owner living on the premises.

Dog(s) are typically separated into play groups based on their temperament, size and age, with exceptions as we see fit. If your dog is not social with other dogs, no worries! They will play and roam the yards with our staff.

Dog(s) are housed in 4X8 ft kennels. Suites are also available-however we do not recommend young, active dogs for the suites.

We recommend bringing your own dog food. Keeping your dog(s) on the same diet they’re used to poses less of a chance for an upset stomach, diarrhea, and/or not eating. An in house kennel diet of dry kibble, Iams minichunks chicken and whole grain is available at no extra cost . We do have a refrigerator and freezer available if needed

All dog(s) have fresh water available at all times. We are happy to administer any medication, and follow any dietary needs.

Please leave all medications in the original packaging/prescription bottle. If we need to go to the emergency vet for any reason they need to know what the prescription and dosage is.

Bedding, blankets, and toys are allowed (machine washable). We also have extra bedding, and blankets if needed.

We do not allow rawhide, no-hide chews, busy bones, bully sticks, small bones/antlers, socks and/or small toys, all of which could be a choking hazard. We are not able to monitor them 24/7 while in their kennels, so for safety reasons we do not allow such toys/chews.

Dog vaccinations required:

Distemper (DHLPP, DHPP) initially comes in a series of 3 shots then requiring a booster. All 3 shots must be administered before boarding/daycare.

We will need proof of their current vaccinations which can be emailed, faxed or brought to our office when you drop off.

If you or your vet is faxing them- please ensure that they were sent so no issues arise when dropping off. As pet owners we are responsible for making sure your pets are fully up to date with their shot records.

If your female is in heat, please do not bring them in for boarding or daycare.

Intact male disclaimer – Intact males tend to demonstrate certain behaviors- like marking- that can lead itself to them smelling less than fresh. If you have any questions or concerns about this please speak to someone in the office.

All kennels are hosed out each morning and as needed; however with intact males no chemical cleaning solutions are used to hopefully lessen the chance of red or raw testicles. If you have any questions or concerns about this please speak to someone in the office.
