We realize plans change, and we do our best to accommodate all of our customers’ needs. You may cancel boarding at any time without penalty with the exception of holidays that require a deposit.
Deposits are refundable or can be used at a later date as long as the cancellation is made 1 week prior to your scheduled boarding date.
